Blackberry Cobbler in Cast Iron Skillit






Blackberry Cobbler recipe below

Ingredients

1 stick of real butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup of milk
2 cups blackberries rinsed and dry
1 #8 cast iron skillet or baking dish

preheat oven to 350 degrees

add 1 cup sugar & 1 cup flour to bowl
wisk in 1 cup milk & mix well
add 1 stick melted butter and wisk well
butter skillet or dish and pour in batter
sprinkle 2 cups berries in evenly
sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over top
bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown
