- COOK TIME 30 Min
Old-Fashioned Roast Beef is great! This recipe can be dressed up for company, or served as a casual weeknight supper.
What You'll Need:
- 1 4-pound beef bottom round roast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
What To Do:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place roast, fat side up, on
roasting rack that has been coated with cooking spray. Place rack in
large roasting pan.
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Rub
spice mixture over entire roast, covering completely. Roast 30 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 300 degrees F and continue roasting beef until a meat thermometer registers 150 degrees F for medium-rare, or until desired doneness beyond that.
